Detailed Rules of Map:
There have been added black goods and cities.
Densely arranged cities and towns often occupy adjacent hexes. You can connect adjacent cities with a new token (cost $3).
You can start building rails from the cities marked as harbors. This forces strong interaction from the 1st round! You can also build from the cities with tracks later.
There are two kinds of mountains on the map. Hills cost +$2 and high mountains cost +$3.
