Day after day Phyto-Cernes Eclat helps to significantly reduce the size of under-eye bags (Caffeine Soy peptide extract and Horsetail extract). Its supple creamy formula ensures an easy application natural finish and a long wear. Eyes are left looking rested and more beautiful. Dark circles are masked dark areas are left looking lighter and eye puffiness is reduced. How to apply:  Using light strokes apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cool decongesting effect. Then apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or by tapping with the fingertips moving from the interior to the exterior corner of the eye. May also be used as a concealer.
