Observed enemy ships' classes
The damage inflicted on enemy air units
The amount of hits inflicted by aircraft on enemy ships along with the resulting observed damage, including major fire, list, crippled, and sinking.
The observed state of enemy naval units may only be updated:
On a new battle
On a new detection
At the end of the game.
Enemy air losses outside combat (night, fuel, etc…) remains concealed until the end of the game
Factors inducing inaccurate reports:
Bad weather
Confused bombers
Japanese observers.
Factors favoring accuracy:
Shadowed TF
Previously observed ships
Air-to-sea combat
Surviving bombers
